HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our smoke boxes are made to order. Place an order on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Then, Pitmaster Dave shops and selects the best meats possible. Orders are prepared fresh and ready for pickup on Friday between 10am & 3pm.
