Bad Burrito Studios Production SMS Notifications is an operational messaging program used to send production-related text messages to opted-in cast, crew, vendors, and production contacts.

2. Message Types

Messages may include:

  • Call sheet links and call times
  • Schedule updates and production notices
  • Location, parking, basecamp, and safety information
  • Receipt confirmations for call sheets or production updates
  • Phone verification messages for production contact records

3. Consent and Opt In

Recipients opt in when they provide their mobile phone number to authorized Bad Burrito Studios production staff for a specific production project and agree to receive production-related SMS notifications. Consent may be collected verbally during production onboarding, through production paperwork, or through a secure Bad Burrito Studios web form used for crew or contact intake.

4. Opt Out and Help

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications from this program unless you opt in again.

5. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies by production schedule, project activity, and recipient role. Message frequency may increase during production prep, active shoot days, schedule changes, or wrap. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability, and other factors outside our control.

7. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS service providers process mobile numbers only as needed to deliver messages, verify phone numbers, maintain security, comply with carrier requirements, and provide delivery reporting.
